Glass: There are two types of glass cookware—those for oven use only and those for top-of-range cooking (saucepans, coffee and teapots). Glass conducts heat very slowly. Heatproof Glass Ceramic: Can be used for either surface or oven cooking.

Heads Range Bllrner (on models with sealedburners) The holes in the burners of your range must be kept clean at all times for proper ignition and an even, unhampered flame. You should clean the burner heads routinely, especially after bad spillovers, which could clog these holes.
