Application buttons

Applicationbuttons
Your notebook is equipped with four application keys.
Lock Workstation key
This key allows you to lock your workstation. However, you are also free to program
this key as desired.
Mobility Center key
This button starts the Mobility Center. However, you are also free to program this
key as desired.
E key
The E key is a simple way of activating and deactivating power management functions
(e.g. reducing screen brightness), refer to the "Professional Notebook" manual.
I key
The I key allows you to access further information about your notebook. However, you
are also free to program this key as desired.

Programming the application keys

With the Application Panel you can assign various functions to the application keys.
Windows XP
You will find the Application Panel under Start - (Settings) - Control Panel - Additional
Control Panel Options - Application Panel.
Windows Vista
You will find the Application Panel under Start symbol - Programs - Lifebook Application Panel.
