    DC Output Cable AC Adapter Power Sources Your Fujitsu Series LifeBook notebook has three possible power sources: a primary Lithium Ion battery, an AC adapter or an optional Auto/Airline adapter.     Lithium Ion Battery Your Fujitsu Series LifeBook notebook has a Lithium Ion battery that provides power for operating your notebook when no external power source is available. The battery is durable and long lasting, but should not be exposed to extreme temperatures, high voltages, chemicals or other hazards.

  • Page 112 Glossary AC Adapter A device which converts the AC voltage from a wall outlet to the DC voltage needed to power your notebook. Active-Matrix Display A type of technology for making flat-panel displays which has a transistor or similar device for every pixel on the screen.
