Dynamic range control setting mode
Dynamic range is the difference between the loudest and softest sounds in any given signal. The dynamic
range control helps you play back sounds so the quieter sounds are audible yet the louder sounds don't
get distored. It does this by compressing the dynamic range. When watching a movie at low volume,
setting this function enables low level sounds to be heard more easily but you won't be jolted by lounder
sounds.
