Step
Attach side burner and side burner grid

A. Insert side burner through opening in right side shelf.
B. Slide side burner onto side burner control valve.
C. Secure side burner to left side shelf using 2 sets of extra small screws (A), small
lock washers (I), and small washers (G).
D. Attach side burner ignitor wire to electrode.
E. Insert side burner grid into openings.

Step
Insert heat plate and cooking grids

A. Place heat plate onto heat plate supports.
B. Place left and right cooking grids into grill body.
Step
Secure side shelves, attach warming rack and insert battery

A. Place warming rack with legs down onto sides of grill body and lid.
B. Unscrew ignition button on control panel.
C. Remove any protective covering from AA Battery (L).
D. Insert battery with positive ( + ) end facing out.
E. Replace ignition button turning clockwise.
F. Secure control panel to left and right side shelves using 2 medium screws (C).

Attach grease cup

A. Hang grease cup support from bottom of grill body.
B. Insert grease cup into grease cup support.
