7. To reinstall the wall mount cover, align the screw hole in the wall mount cover with the corresponding
hole in the wall mount and then install the screw to secure the wall mount cover.
8. Go to "Completing the parts replacement" on page 108.

Removing or reinstalling the wall mount

To remove or reinstall the wall mount, do the following:
1. Remove all media from the drives and turn off all attached devices and the computer. Then, disconnect
all power cords from electrical outlets and disconnect all cables that are connected to the computer.
2. Place a soft, clean towel or cloth on the desk or surface. Hold the sides of your computer and gently lay
it down so that the screen is against the surface and the cover is facing up.
3. Remove the computer cover. See "Removing the computer cover" on page 69.
4. Remove the rear I/O assembly cover from the rear I/O assembly. See "Removing or reinstalling the
rear I/O assembly cover" on page 72.
5. Remove the frame stand or lift stand. See "Removing or reinstalling the frame stand" on page 70 or
"Removing or reinstalling the lift stand" on page 70.
6. Remove the wall mount cover. See "Removing or reinstalling the wall mount cover" on page 73.
7. Disconnect the thermal sensor cable from the system board. See "System board connectors" on
page 68.
8. Remove the four screws
the wall mount off the computer main bracket.
