This chapter gives solutions to common device problems you may encounter.
It also provides guidelines on taking care of your device.

Resetting Your Device

Occasionally, you may need to reset your device. For example, you should
reset your device when it stops responding; or appears to be "frozen" or
"locked up."
Reset the device by any one of these methods:
Press and hold the power button for at least 3 seconds to open the

Power Options menu. Then tap Restart.
If the above action does not work, press and hold the power button for

at least 10 seconds. Your device should restart.
