    MECHANICAL DISASSEMBLY ATTENTION This LCD TV uses several different kinds of screws. Using the correct screw is required to prevent damage. The gaskets are provided to prevent interference to other radio and television receivers. The gaskets must be returned to their previous positions after servicing. Lead wires must be redressed to previous positions after servicing.

    MAIN BOARD, POWER UNIT AND STAND REMOVAL Power Unit Main Board 1: Stand Removal Position TV face down on a padded or cushioned surface to protect the screen and finish. Remove 4 screws (E:6X16) and remove stand. 2: Main Board Removal Remove 3 screws (C:3X8, Terminal side) and 5 screws (D:3X10) to take the main board off.
  • Page 8 LCD PANEL REMOVAL 1. Disconnect the lead wires from LCD panel, speakers, and control board. 2. Remove 8 screws (A:4X14), and 4 screws (F:4X8) to take the mounting bracket (chassis base) off. 3. Lift the LCD panel from the front cabinet. CONTROL BOARD AND SPEAKER REMOVAL Remove 2 screws (A:4X14) to take the control board off.
