1-1. TOP COVER REMOVAL

1-2. CABLE DRESSING & TOP COVER RE-ASSEMBLY
When reattaching the top cover, be sure

not to break or damage the grounding tape
connection shown.
When replacing the top cover, be sure that

the FD board assembly is properly seated in
its connector.
Insert the cables as shown into the cable tie
3
prior to reattaching the top cover.
When replacing the top cover, be sure that
4
the cable connector shown is not pinched.
Route the excess wire connected to the RF
5
Block around the pins as shown to avoid
pinching or slicing the wires when the cover
is replaced. Excess wire is secured with
copper tape.
Route the grounding wire between the

posts as shown to avoid pinching
or slicing.
Insert the cables as shown into
7
the cable tie prior to reattaching
the top cover.
Route the two wire assemblies around
8
each other to eliminate excess slack as
shown.
SECTION 1: DISASSEMBLY

Remove 4 screws (+ BVTP 3 x 8) from
1
rear of cover.
Gently pull cover towards back of unit to
2
release and remove.
