If you see an error message on the
audio display while playing an iPod,
find the solution in the chart to the
right. If you cannot clear the error
message, take your vehicle to your
dealer.

The system cannot read the file(s). Check the files in the iPod. There is a
UNPLAYABLE
FILE possibility that the files have been damaged.
UNSUPPORTED
Appears when an unsupported iPod is inserted.
