Child locks

9 Warning
Use the child locks whenever
children are occupying the rear
seats.
Press H% to activate. The LED in the
button illuminates.
Press H% again to deactivate. The
LED in the button extinguishes.
The rear doors cannot be opened
from the inside.
If an inside rear door handle is being
pulled at the same time a child lock is
deactivated, only that door will remain
locked and the LED in the button may
flash. Release the handle, then press
the child lock twice to deactivate the
child locks.

To open the tailgate with the doors
unlocked, press the button on the
underside of the tailgate handle and
lift up.
When the doors are locked, the
tailgate can only be unlocked with the
radio remote control, which must be
within the opening range.
