How do I view a list of outgoing calls,
incoming calls and missed calls?

Connection is poor and/or my call is not
audible.

In some areas signal strength can vary
dramatically. Try moving to a different
location. Heavy network traffi c may affect
the ability to connect, or the stability
of the call.

The LCD does not turn on.

Remove and replace the battery and turn
on the power. If the phone still does not
turn on, charge the battery and try again.

An echo can be heard during calls to
a particular telephone and/or calls to a
certain area.

This is called 'Echo Phenomenon'. It can
occur if the phone volume is too high. It
can also be caused by properties (semi
electronic telephone exchange) of the
phone you are calling.

The phone keeps getting warm.
A
During long calls, or when games/internet
are used for a long time, the phone may
become hot. This is perfectly normal and
has no effect on the life of the product or
performance.

When I receive a call or message, the
screen is fl ashing, but my call and
message alert tones are not working.

The phone may be set to 'Vibrate' or
'Silent' in the Profi les menu. Try selecting
'Normal' or 'Outdoor'.
