for 31 kHz - 45 kHz horizontal frequency:
Horizontal front porch should be more than 0.1 vs.
Horizontal sync. width should be within 1 .O - 3.8 l.~.
Horizontal back porch should be more than 1.2 ps.
Horizontal blanking width should be more than 3.5 ps.
for 45 kHz - 69 kHz horizontal frequency:
Horizontal front porch should be more than 0.1 vs.
Horizontal sync. width should be within 1 .O - 3.0 ps.
Horizontal back porch should be more than 1 .I ps.
Horizontal blanking width should be more than 3.0 p.s.

The following vertical timing conditions are recommended.
Vertical front porch should be more than 10 ps.
Vertical sync. width should be less than 200 ps.
Vertical back porch should be more than 400 ps.
Vertical blanking width should be more than 500 ps.

extremely short, it may not be able to set the expected size and position.
