Getting started v Using the FOXTEL remote with the FOXTEL Digital Guide Whichever section of the FOXTEL Digital Guide you are looking at, you always use the FOXTEL remote in the same way. To display any section of the FOXTEL Digital Guide, press the corresponding button on the FOXTEL remote, for example, to display FOXTEL Box Office, press box office.
To display the i-box (see page 7), press i again. If you see a programme you want to watch, press select. If the programme is on now, the FOXTEL Digital set-top unit tunes to it automatically. If it is on at a later time, the digital set-top unit sets a reminder for you - see below.

Using the FOXTEL Digital Guide Search Programmes If you want to search through programmes you are able to search programmes by time, by A-Z and by Closed Caption. To access this area, press tv guide, highlight ‘Search Programmes’, then press select The Search Programmes screen displays.

Using the FOXTEL Digital Guide Programme clashes If a programme you have selected for a reminder is on at the same time as another reminder you have previously selected, a message will appear asking you what you want to do. To keep both programmes in your Personal Planner, press select.
Using the FOXTEL Digital Guide v FOXTEL Box Office You can use the FOXTEL remote to browse movies, Adult and events available through the FOXTEL Box Office. To look at the FOXTEL Box Office screen, press box office. The FOXTEL Box Office listings are displayed as follows: Now Showing - titles on now or starting within the next three hours.
Tune to the channel just before your title starts. Sit back and enjoy. Notes When you order a FOXTEL Box Office title you can enjoy every showing of that movie until 5:59am (AEST). Main Event and Adult Select are one off pay-per-view programmes.

The standard setting is that any programme broadcast with the ‘R’ classification will be restricted, but you can remove this restriction if you wish by following the steps above. Viewing restrictions work only if the broadcaster provides programme classification information. FOXTEL is not responsible for channels providing incorrect classification information.
