oPEratInG InstructIons

The Solarise Light Therapy provides users with:
Innovative digital LED 12 or 24-hour real time clock display with adjustable
brightness

3-Programmed wake up alarm mode settings
Auto repeat of daily alarm
Volume control for alarm loudness
Snooze function
An adjustable countdown timer ranges of up to 99 hours and 59 minutes.
An adjustable luminosity for light wake-up uses
HoW to sEt tHE rEal tIME clocK?
1.
Connect the adapter to the DC jack of the Solarise Light Therapy and plug
into the main power supply.
2.
Press and hold the
button for 2 seconds until either "12" or "24" digits
are flashing.
3.
Press either the
or
button to select between 12-hour and 24-hour real
time clock display.
4.
Press the
button to confirm the setting and the "HOUR" display flashes.
5.
Press either the
or
button to select the current time for hour.
6.
Press the
button to confirm the setting and the "MINUTE" display
flashes.
7.
Press either the
or
button to select the current time for minute.
8.
Press the
button to confirm the setting and it will automatically return to
the real time clock mode. The real time clock setting is now completed.

It will automatically return to the "REAL TIME CLOCK" mode 30 seconds
after the last key pressed.

When 12-hour display is chosen, only 1 blue-colored LED flashes in the
middle of the screen; the upper LED flashes for AM, the bottom LED
flashes for PM. 2 blue-colored LEDs flash if 24-hour display is selected.

Press
button anytime at the clock setting mode, the display will
automatically return to the clock mode.
HoW to aDJust tHE BrIGHtnEss of tHE rEal
tIME clocK?
There are 10 different levels of brightness for the LED clock display to select by
simply pressing the
or
button.

The "BEEP" alert sound will go off twice when its maximum or minimum
luminosity level is reached.
HoW to turn tHE clocK DIsPlay off ?
1.
The display can be turned off so as not to disturb your sleep by pressing
the
button.
2.
Press the
button to turn the display off. The 2 blue-colour LEDs are still
ON as a nightlight.
3.
Press the
button again to turn all the LED off including 2 blue-colour
LEDs, alarm and timer indicator.

Point 2 and 3 would not affect any setting of the alarm.
b.
Once the preset alarm time arrives, the alarm will go off and the display will
automatically return to the clock mode.
HoW to turn tHE clocK DIsPlay BacK on?
The display can be turned back ON by pressing any button.
HoW to sElEct tHE alarM MoDEs?
There are 3 wake up alarm modes (Mode 1, 2 & 3) to choose and the switch
is located at the side of the unit. Simply switch to your desired alarm mode.

MoDEs?
fEaturEs of alarM MoDE 1:
The light intensity of Solarise Light Therapy increases gradually and naturally
like a sunrise 15 minutes prior to your preset wake-up time. There are 6 rows
of LEDs shown on the display screen and each row will be turned ON every 3
minutes in succession starting from the bottom row. (see figures a-e)
