Activating your new phone

– basic information
one

Please have ready: your name, address, and an
eight-digit number that you will use to access your
account (your personal identification number "PIN").

two
– find your serial number
•
To locate the serial number, remove the phone
from the box and remove the battery cover from
the phone. The serial number is located near the
bar code. It will be either 11 or 18 digits. Write
that number here:
* Some services not available in extended home areas. Coverage not available in all locations.
If you need to place a call while outside of MetroPCS's local, extended home or TravelTalk
extended coverage areas, per-minute charges may apply and you may need to use a credit
card to complete your call in those areas. Only taxes and regulatory fees are included;
convenience and payment fees are not included. Phone price not included.

Once your phone is powered up, press
connect with an activation representative who will
assist you in activating your phone. (As soon as
your service is activated, be sure to fully charge
the phone's battery before using it again.)
