USER/PASSWORD SETUP

You can register users and set their privileges.
Click <User/Password> menu at the right side of the Confi guration screen.

Only <Admin> user can set up <User/Password>.

User/Password Setup Screen Layout and Functions
Set up DVR basic confi guration necessary for communication.
1. User List
Shows the privilege of each user.

Basically, <Guest> and <Admin> are displayed.
•
Add: Adds a new user.
Cancel: Cancels the settings without saving changes.
If you click the <Add> button, the button changes to <Cancel> button.
•
Delete: Deletes the selected user.
2. Registering and Changing Users
Enter user name and password.
•
User name: Enter a user name.
•
Password: Enter the user password.
•
Password confi rm: Re-enter the user password.
•
Name modify: You can rename the user.
•
Password modify: You can change the user password.
•
Save: Enter user name and password and register the user to the user list.
•
Numeric keypad: You can enter the password using the keypad.
•
Delete: Deletes the entered characters.
•
Back: Deletes the last entered character.
