Troubleshooting
Resolution
If the AC adaptor is connected, set the
[POWER SOURCE] switch to the "AC ADAPTOR"
position (p. 16).
Make sure that the AC adaptor and the power
cord are connected correctly (p. 16). Use only
the included AC adaptor; the use of any other
adaptor may cause malfunction.
Turn the [POWER] switch off before you
change the setting of the [POWER SOURCE]
screen (p. 16).
Install the driver (p. 17).
Make sure that the unit is connected to the
computer correctly.
If the problem is not resolved, reinstall the
driver (p. 54).
Close all software that is using the unit; then
turn the unit's [POWER] switch off, then back
on again.
