What do I do if my hard drive fails?
First, you need to verify that the hard drive has actually failed. The Powermax diagnostic utility can determine if the hard drive is functioning
properly. This utility can be created from the MaxBlast Plus II CD-ROM or downloaded from www.maxtor.com as follows:
Select Product Support and click Software and Utilities.

3. Download the PWRDIAG.EXE file to your hard drive.
