1. Groups can be created, modified and deleted. Press
'Group Management' in list to view major information
at a glance, such as group name, description,
number of users and registration date.
2. A single page shows 10 units of group information.
The Group list is arranged by the order of names.
3. Click 'Group Name' in the list to display detailed
information about the selected group. More detailed
information about the group user can be checked.
Also, users assigned to the group can be deleted.
4. Select the group to be modified and click the 'Modify'
button to modify group name and group description.
5. Select the group to be deleted and click the 'Delete'
button to delete the group. When a group is deleted,
shared information of the group is also deleted.
6. By selecting a group, a note can be sent to all users
assigned to the group.
7. Click 'Add Group' to create a new group. Group
name and description must be entered.
8. Select either 'Group Name' or 'Group Description' as
the basis of a search. Enter search conditions and
press the 'Search' button to display a list of the
groups that satisfy the search condition.
