When cooling 3 (AC compressor) is
switched on, c ondensation forms, which is
expelled from the underside of the v ehicle.
At lea st one air vent must b e open while
cooling 3 (air conditioning compressor) is
on in order to prevent the evaporator from
icing up due to lack of air movement.
For trouble-free operation of the automatic
climate control system 3, d o not c ov er the
sensor between the air vents in front of the
windscreen.
Maintenance
In order to ensure consistently good
op eration, the AC compressor 3 m ust be
switched on for severa l minutes once per
month irrespective of the weather or time
of year. Op eration with cooling (AC
compressor) 3 is not possib le when outside
temperatures are low .
If a fault occurs, consult a w ork shop. We
recommend your Vauxhall Authorised
Repairer.
