SCN (Scene) Modes

Select the shooting mode depending on an object.

Press the MENU button in shooting mode.

Press N to select [SCN] and press i.

Shooting SCN (Scene) Modes
• P PROGRAM AUTO
• Q LANDSCAPE

This mode lets you take pictures as close as 20 cm/8 in. to your subject. (Most wide-
angle side)
% Use this mode to take pictures as close as 6 cm/2.4 in. to your subject. In % mode,
the position of the zoom lens is fixed.

Press X& repeatedly to select [&] or [%] and press i.

Exposure Compensation Mode

1 Press OF.

Press X/Y to set the exposure compensation value
and press i.
Select a [ + ] value to brighten the image or a [
to darken the image.
