1. Raise the end of the Frame Assembly
near the Access Panel (36), and
support it on blocks.

2. Place a Front Wheel (44) and Washer
(43) on the end of the Front Axle (52).
Insert a Cotter Pin (47) through the
hole in the Axle, and bend it to secure
the Wheel in place. Repeat for the
other Front Wheel (44).
3. Lower the Frame Assembly off the
blocks.
4. Turn the Lifting Screws (18)
clockwise to raise the opposite end of
the Frame Assembly.

5. Install the Casters (14) to the Frame
using Bolts (12), Washers (13), Lock
Washers (20), and Nuts (21), as
shown above.
