Before you start washing
Water is poured into the Washing machine to perform an inspection at the time of
shipment from the factory, so there may be drops of water or condensation in the
Washing machine. This is not an indication of a malfunction.
Before the first use
Do not put anything into the washing machine.
Cotton 40 ºC programme is the default setting. Run the washing machine for the
first time without any detergent or clothing to rinse out any residue or moisture.
Organizing laundry
● R ead the washing label on each garment to help you sort your washing into
different loads.
● S ort the laundry by colour, type of fabric and by how soiled it is. This will help you
choose the correct programme and temperature for each wash.

Treating stains before washing
● C ollar and sleeve
Apply stain remover to the
stained parts of collars and
sleeves.
Items to be put into a cleaning net before going into the washing
machine
● B ras with metal wires, tights and lace
clothing should all be washed in a
cleaning net to prevent damage.
Checking clothing
● C heck that any pockets on
clothing do not contain any
objects which may damage
your clothes and washing
machine.
● R emove any surplus hair,
animal fur, sand, and other
materials with a brush
before washing.
● S pots
Apply appropriate stain
remover to spots.
● T ie up any loose strings on
laundry, close zippers and
reverse clothing with the zip
inside out.
They may
cause damage
to clothing.
● I f clothes have raised
fabrics turn them inside out.
● D irt and solid stains
Apply stain remover or
special soap to stains such
as curry, tomato sauce and
plant dye, then wash lightly
by hand first.
● C lothes that are not colour
fast should be washed
separately.
Sort other
clothes by colour,
with denim kept
separate.
● A pply softener before you
start washing to prevent
static.
