Menu functions
•
Delete: delete the current memo.
•
Edit: edit the memo.
•
Move: change the date of the memo.
•
Copy: copy the memo to another date.
Calendar
(Menu 7.2)
Use this menu to keep track of your monthly schedule.
When you access this menu, the calendar displays
with today's date highlighted and selected. On the
bottom, the number of memos of each type appears.
The following icons indicate the type of memo:

Scheduled events •
•
Calls
Selecting a date in the calendar
•
Press [Left] or [Right] to move to another day.
•
Press [Up] or [Down] to move to another week.
•
Press and hold [Up] or [Down] to move to another
month.

•
Anniversary
•
Press and hold [Left] or [Right] to move to another
year.
Using the calendar options
From the calendar, press <Options> to access the
following options:
•
Add memo: add a new memo to the selected
date.
•
Go to date: enter the date you want to access.
•
View all: access all memos.
•
Delete day: delete the memos stored for the
currently selected date.
•
Delete all: delete all memos.
Creating memos and using memo options
You can create memos and access memo options as
you would in the New memo menu.

Use this menu to display task memos you have
created. The icons on the list indicate the task status:
