DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER PROPERTY CAUSED BY THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT, OR DAMAGES
FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL SIEMENS' LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF REPAIRING OR REPLACING THE
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY SUCH LIABILITIES WILL TERMINATE UPON
EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided for the product. This limited warranty is valid
only in Canada and the United States (excluding all U.S. territories and protectorates). This limited warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to
