Hot Keys

(Shortcut key combinations with special functions)
To activate the hot keys, press and hold down the Fn key and then press the desired additional
key. To access certain functions, it may be necessary to install the Power4 Gear+ program
and the TouchPad software. You can find additional information on this on the next page.

Fn + F1 Switches to power saving mode.
Fn + F2 Switches the wireless network (WLAN) on/off.
Fn + F5 Reduces LCD brightness.
Increases LCD brightness.
Fn + F6
Fn + F7 Switches the LCD display on/off.
Fn + F8 Switches between LCD display/monitor/both.
Switches the loudspeaker on/off.
Fn + F10
Fn + F11 Reduces the volume.
Fn + F12 Increases the volume.
Fn + Ins Switches the numerical keypad on/off.
Fn + Del Switches the Scroll Lock on/off.
