SELECTING THE CHANNELS

The channels can be selected using any of the following four methods.
NOTE: When both Air and Cable are received, antenna input must be selected, by pushing
AIR/CABLE

Press numeric and dot
buttons.
Ex. To select channel 56.02,

After a channel is selected, a
short information banner
appears and is displayed for
10 seconds.
Press CHANNEL UP/
DOWN buttons.
After a channel is selected, a
short information banner
appears and is displayed for
10 seconds.
Ex. If channels 12.30, 25.01, 25.04 and 35.40 are
preset for the
colored button, pressing
BLUE
the button changes the channels as shown
below.

MEMO
When channel filtering is setup,
some stations require that a
password be entered before
viewing the selected channel.
Enter the password when
indicated to do so, and then
select the desired channel.
When the numeric and dot
buttons are pressed, the
channel number appears and
is displayed for 3 seconds.
3-digit Main channels are
input for CATV reception.

If the Sub-channel has been
entered incorrectly, a list of the
sub-channels available will be
automatically displayed, as long
as there are programs on the
Main Channel involved.

• Some channels may appear
that are not currently broad-
casted.
• Channels removed from tuning
using the channel filter (page
33) cannot be selected.
This method requires Channel
Scan in advance.
