possible Solutions
1.
Check AC power at outlet.
2.
Check that AC/DC cord and/or plug is
plugged in.
3.
Check that Solar Panel is in full sunlight.
4.
Check that Solar Panel is clean and dry.

Check that connection cord is properly
connected to Solar Charger and mobil unit.
2.
Press Circuit Reset. Then resume charging.
3.
Check that proper plug adapter is being
used.
4.
Requires correct plug adapter.

Charge Solar Charger battery.
