1. Headphones fail to charge.
Possible cause Solution
No battery Install or replace batteries

Solution
Make sure that the audio
cable is connected to
AUDIO OUT on the audio
device (Fig.E).
Recharge the headphones
(Fig.D).
Turn on the audio device.
Adjust the volume to a
higher/lower and non-
distorted level.
Make sure that you use the
product within effective
range.
