Transferring Calls to
Another Handset
The intercom can be used during a
call to transfer an external call
between handsets that are registered
to the same base unit.
For example, when handset 1
transfers a call to Handset 2:
Handset 1 -
During the call, Z
Ï is displayed and the call is put on
hold.

A ring back tone is heard until
Handset 2 answers.*
Handset 2 (ringing) -

(Have conversation).

± to release the call for

caller again.
To transfer the call directly, without
speaking to the other handset:

The transfer is complete.
If the transferred call is not
answered within 30 seconds,
Handset 1 will ring again. Z‰ to
answer the call.

Conference Calls

During a conversation in an external
call, you can make an intercom call
to another handset and then combine
the calls together to establish a
conference call:
Handset 1 -
During the call,Z

The call is put on hold.
If there is no answer , ZN to
return to the caller.
Handset 2 (ringing) -
