The entered character is confirmed in approx. 1 second at the time of character input, and
the cursor is moved to right.
It makes the input easy without moving the cursor when characters on the same key are to
be entered again.
≥ Character input screen is displayed in following conditions:
j When registering [FACE RECOG.] (l 61)
j When setting [TITLE SETUP] for the Highlight Playback (l 89)
[NUMBER RESET]
Set the file number of the iFrame and still picture recorded next to 0001.
≥ Folder number is updated and file number will start from 0001. (l 137)
