Step 2 Insert the provided Driver CD into the CD-ROM drive. Step 3 Select Search for the best driver for your device (Recommended) and click Next. Step 4 Select Specify a location and click Browse. Browse to the CD-ROM drive and select the Win98 folder.

Step 5 Click Next to install the driver. Step 6 Insert the Windows 98SE CD and click OK to continue. Step 7 Click Finish. Step 8 Click Yes to restart the computer and complete the driver installation.
3.2 Windows Me Step 1 At the Add New Hardware Wizard, select Specify the location of the driver (Advanced) and click Next. Step 2 Insert the provided Driver CD into the CD-ROM drive. Step 3 Verify Search for the best driver for your device (Recommended) is selected. Select Specify a location and click Browse.

Step 4 Click Next to install the driver. Step 5 Click Finish to complete the installation.
3.3 Windows 2000 Step 1 At the Found New Hardware Wizard, click Next. Step 2 Insert the provided Driver CD into the CD-ROM drive. Step 3 Select Search for a suitable driver for my device (recommended) and click Next.

Step 4 Select Specify a location and click Next. Step 5 Browse to the CD-Rom drive and select the Win2000 folder and click OK.

Step 6 Click Next to install the driver. Step 7 Click Yes at the Digital Signature Window. Step 8 Click Finish to complete the driver installation.
3.4 Windows XP Step 1 At the Found New Hardware Wizard, select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced) and click Next. Step 2 Insert the provided Driver CD into the CD-ROM drive. Step 3 Verify Search for the best driver in these locations is selected, and select the Include this location in the search check box and click Browse.

Step 4 Click Continue Anyway at the Windows Logo Testing prompt. Step 5 Click Finish to complete the driver installation.
4. Verifying Installation Follow the steps below to verify if the Cardbus is installed successfully. Step 1 Right-click on My Computer from your desktop and choose Properties. Step 2 Select the Device Manager tab. (For Windows 2000/XP, select the Hardware tab first then click on Device Manager).
