    Recording to an MD Digital recording technique uses an optical digital cable to input signals from a digital recording source. This MD recorder contains a sampling frequency rate con- verter for digital input signals which converts the sampling frequency of digital input signals to 44.1 kHz before recording.

    Editing the contents of an MD The MD-2321 features various editing functions that enable you to erase tracks, divide or combine tracks, and move a track to a new location on the disc. Note that you cannot edit the contents of premastered MDs.
