Clarifier The CLAR control allows the fine tuning of the receiver frequency from 1kHz below to 1kHz over the indicated frequency. The clarifier is primarily used to adjust the tone and readability of an incoming SSB signal. For normal operation turn this knob to the center position. -

8.10 All Mode Talkback The ATM function allows the operator to monitor the transmitted audio of the AE7500 in all modes. Turn this ATM control to adjust its volume to your convenience. In case of audio feedback, the ATM volume or the microphone gain must be reduced. To disable the talk back, turn this control full counter clockwise. -
