Hardware Settings

Display

The Display settings let you make various overall display-related settings for the
BF-11, including the system of measurements used, language, and contrast
control.
Operation
From the Hardware Settings menu, select the Display menu.
In the Display menu, the following items are shown: Main Display,
Measurement, Language, Display Time and Contrast.

Main Display
This setting determines which parameter is indicated in the display during
your exercise session in Free Workout mode or Fitness modes.
This lets you keep track of the indication most important to you—for
example, the elapsed time of your exercise, the distance you've covered,
the amount of calories expended, your current heart rate, or even the
name of the song currently playing.

The setting here does not apply to the Training mode.
Operation
From the Display menu, select the Main Disp_Workout menu.
Available settings:
Time, Distance, Pace, Calories, Heart Rate, Song
