D-Light Sync Pak
Universal DMX Control:
This function allows you to use a universal DMX controller such as
the Elation
Show Designer 2.™ The use of a DMX controller will
®
allow you to customize the operation of the fixture allowing you to
have independent control of the lamps and motor. This will allow you
to create your own programs or use your fixtures as textured color
changers.
A. The D-Light is a two channel DMX fixture. Channel 1 controls the
lamp functions and channel 2 controls the motor function. See
page 8 for DMX traits and values.
B. For help running in DMX mode consult the manual that came
with your DMX controller.

Trouble Shooting: Listed below are a few common problems that you
may encounter, with solutions.
No light output from the unit;
1. Be sure you have connected your unit into a wall outlet with a
matching power supply.
2. Be sure the external fuse has not blown. The fuse is located on the
rear panel.
3. Pull back the lamp cover and be sure the lamps are seated in there
sockets properly. Occasionally lamps become loose during ship-
ping, be sure the lamps are pushed in to the socket completely.
Unit does not respond to sound;
1. Be sure the sound sensitivity knob is not turned off (turned
completely in the counter-clockwise direction.)
2. Low frequencies (bass) should cause the unit to react to sound.
Tapping on the microphone, quiet or high pitched sounds may not
activate the unit.
