Message Forwarding

This feature allows you to program your phone to automatically
forward incoming Voice Mail messages to another mailbox. Message
Forwarding ensures your messages get attention when you are not
available.
To use Message Forwarding you must:
• Program a forwarding address into your mailbox.
• Enable the forwarding feature.
• Select a type of message forwarding.
There are two types of message forwarding:
• Immediate Forwarding -- The caller is notified that the message
being left will be forwarded.
• Silent Forwarding -- The caller hears your personal greeting
and is not notified that the message is being forwarded.
Setting Up Message Forwarding
This feature allows you to set up and listen to your current forwarding
number.
To set up a forwarding number:

Log into Voice Mail. See "Accessing the Voice Mail Service After
Setup" on page 24.
