3.5 Assembly

A
Insert rear leg assembly (6) into tray support ring (3). Make sure lip of tool tray (1) is facing up and away
from foot in rear leg assembly and that foot faces away from tray. Lightly hand tighten set screws (4).
B
Place front leg assembly (7) in tool tray (1), aligning holes in tool tray with holes in front leg assembly. Slide
tray pin (2) through and set in place by opening "X" washer with pliers and closing around pin.
Repeat for other front leg assembly, making sure lip of tool tray (1) is up and away from foot.
C
Place base assembly (8) upside down on ground and place legs into the holes with front leg assemblies (2)
toward handle. Insert leg bolts (5) and secure with nuts and lockwashers (5).
D
Turn stand right side up and straighten tool tray. It may be necessary to place foot on tool tray and exert
force to have tray "snap" into place. Readjust and tighten set screw (4) at desired height.

3.6 Locking the Footswitch

We suggest locking the footswitch when leaving the machine unattended. Simply put the footswitch lock rod
through the holes on both sides of footswitch and lock it by using a pad lock.
