MAKING PTT CALLS

A user can make or receive a one-to-one (individual)
call or a one-to-many (group) call. Calls can be dialled
directly from the Call History/Home tab, the PTT
Contact or Group tab, or from the Favourites tab.
Remember:
A subscriber/contact must have the 4G PTT App open
on his/her device to be considered Available. If it is
closed, he/she will appear as Unavailable or Offline.
You cannot call a contact who has a Do Not Disturb
status. Instead, you can notify this individual
by sending him/her an Instant Personal Alert
(See: Sending Instant Personal Alerts, page 12).
If no action is taken by either the sender or receiver,
the call will be automatically disconnected after a
short time interval.
If the receiver does not speak during an individual call,
it will be considered a "Missed Call."
