C.A.T. scooters used for any commercial purpose such as rental,
demonstration or other revenue producing purpose are limited to a
30-day warranty period.
This warranty does not apply to any C.A.T. scooter that is not used in
accordance with the safety instructions in this manual or that is
subject to misuse, neglect, negligence or accident. It also does not
apply to any C.A.T. scooter that has been altered in any way from the
original to alter its performance or intended use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from use.
