WORKLIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT
Refer to Figure 13
Follow these instructions to replace a burnt out bulb:
• Unplug the grinder.
• Remove the two Phillips head screws from the top of
worklight housing.
• Remove worklight housing.
• While gently pushing in bulb, turn bulb to left to release.
• Place new bulb into bulb receptacle and gently push in
while turning to the right until bulb is fully seated.
• Reinstall the worklight housing using the two Phillips
head screws.
WARNING
To avoid the risk of fire, always use a 12v bulb with a watt-
age no greater than 10w.
KEEP TOOL IN REPAIR
• If power cord is worn, cut or damaged in any way, do
not operate the machine.
• Replace any worn, damaged, or missing parts. Use
parts listed to order parts.
• Any attempt to repair motor may create a hazard unless
repair is done by a qualified service technician.
• Call the customer line at 1-877-393-7121.
SYMPTOM
Motor does not run.
Motor does not have
full power.
Motor runs hot
Motor stalls or runs
slow.
Fuse blows or circuit
breaker trips.

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)
1. Machine not plugged in.
2. Power switch in OFF position.
3. Power cord is faulty.
4. Fuses or circuit breaker is open.
5. Damaged motor.
1. Incorrect line voltage.
2. Damaged motor.
1. Motor is overloaded.
2. Poor air circulation around motor.
1. Motor is overloaded.
2. Incorrect line voltage.
3. Capacitor has failed.
1. Motor overloaded.
2. Overloaded electrical circuit
breaker.
3. Wrong fuse or circuit breaker
4. Undersized or excessive length of
extension cord.
5. Grinding wheels are blocked.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Plug power cord into electrical receptacle.
2. Flip switch to ON position.
3. Replace power cord.
4. Overloaded electrical circuit.
5. Return Unit

proper voltage.

2. Remove any blockage around motor.
