Installation and User G uide of Board
Select ―English‖ option and the mouse cursor will become a pen shape which means you can write with
mouse or your finger in the blank area except the Textbox rectangle of flipchart. Please note, in case
of handwriting recognition, all words or letters you write will be shown in green color by software
automatically.
While writing, in the version of v 3.1, you have to click Space button between every two words, we
know this action will not bring you with satisfactory experience, we shall enhance our software to
improve the use experience to add space auto matically after one word recognized successfully.
Please note, you are requested to active the Textbox before handwriting recognition, just click in the
Textbox area and make the mouse curser flicker before you write every time.
Launching Microsoft office for Handwriting Recognition

Open Microsoft Word

Launch Hand Writing Recognition tools

Doing the same way as if in Textbox process
Changing the properties of Handwriting Recognition
Once you finish the hand writing recognition, you may be want to change the words color, size, font, or
order, please switch to Font tools palette of Insert Toolbox for continue.
When you finish the process of hand writing recognition, the Textbox will become a tight rectangle and
contain all of the contents, see below image.
