Step 10. Line the new I/O module up then slide it into the metal bracket.
Step 11. Reattach the TV antenna cable to the rear I/O module.
Step 12. Line the new I/O module up with the chassis then secure it with the screws.
Step 13. Reattach the EMI cover, back deco, the computer cover and computer stand.

Replacing the speaker system

Note: Turn off the computer and wait 3 to 5 minutes to let it cool down before removing the cover.
Note: It may be helpful to place the computer face-down on a soft flat surface for this procedure. Lenovo
recommends that you use a blanket, towel, or other soft cloth to protect the computer screen from scratches
or other damage.
To replace the speaker system:
Step 1. Remove the computer cover. Refer to "Removing the computer cover".
Step 2. Remove the back deco. Refer to "Removing the back deco".
Step 3. Remove the computer stand. Refer to "Removing the computer stand".
Step 4. Remove the EMI cover. Refer to "Removing the EMI cover".
Step 5. Disconnect the 2 cables from the motherboard.
Step 6. Remove the 7 screws that secure the speaker system to the chassis.
Step 7. Lift up the speaker system.
