Display Group Contents
The menu links are created from the text contained in the group's head. If the group has no head,
the group title is used instead.
The groups used to form the navigation structure are referenced from within the
tag using the
<mm:group-ref>
Persistent content, such as the header and footer in the preceding example, can be created by
placing
tags in the layout page, but outside the
<mm:id-ref>
