Exporting or Importing Targets
5. Click OK.
The soap operation name dialog box opens and lists the available control methods.
6. Select the EXPORTTARGET(EXPORTTARGET parameters) control method and click OK.
A window opens that shows the structure of the SOAP envelope.
7. Locate the Text view icon in the tool bar.
8. To display the structure of the SOAP envelope as text, click the Text view icon.
The <SOAP-ENV:Header> tag is not required and can be deleted from the SOAP
envelope.
9. Locate the following section:
<m:EXPORTTARGET
xmlns:m="urn:schemas-iwaysoftware-com:dec2002:iwse:af">
<m:target>String</m:target>
<m:name>String</m:name>
</m:EXPORTTARGET>
a. For the <m:target> tag, replace the String placeholder with the EIS target system
b. For the <m:name> tag, replace the String placeholder with the name of the target
10. From the SOAP menu, select Send request to server.
A response is returned that contains the <m: exporttime> and <m: contents>
elements. You must use these elements when importing your target.
