This new Stylus flagship XZ-2 model is engineered to produce remarkable image quality for a compact camera - and excels in low-
light conditions. As well as being equipped with new iHS technology and the same TruePic VI image processing engine used in our
top-range OM-D model, it has a high-sensitivity, back-illuminated CMOS sensor that faithfully converts the condensed light that
passes through the i-ZUIKO DIGITAL lens to produce true-to-life colours and edge-to-edge clarity with every shot. And luckily for night
photography fans, this lens allows in a tremendous amount of light when you need it - all thanks to its extra-wide maximum aperture
of 1:1.8. Not to mention the arty background blur and bokeh effects it can produce for portraits and macro shots. You're always in full
creative control in fact - thanks to a hybrid control ring that lets you switch from perfect zooming or fine manual focusing in analogue
mode, to super-fast autofocus and the creativity of Art Filters in digital mode - all with a simple twist of the lens ring. Add to this touch-
enabled focus and shoot in split seconds, a tilt LCD display for reaching all the high and low angles, and an optional protective case for
underwarer photography, and you have a superb all-rounder that isn't afraid to perform in even the trickiest shooting situations.
