IMPORTANT:
Read and understand these instructions before using the power pack. Correct use and storage will keep it
in good condition and ensure trouble free operation.
Power pack must be charged before initial use.
SPECIFICATION:
Output: 12 Volt D.C.; 400 amp max boost rate.
Battery: 12 amp hour, sealed dry lead acid battery (maintenance-free).
Charging time: 12-14 hours (230 V/A.C.).
Mobile charging: 6 hours (12 V/D.C.).
Weight: 6.5kg.

EXPLOSIVE GASES DURING NORMAL BATTERY OPERATION. FOR THIS REASON, IT IS OF UTMOST
IMPORTANCE, IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT, THAT EACH TIME BEFORE USING THE POWER PACK,
YOU READ THIS MANUAL AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.
b. To reduce risk of battery explosion, follow these instructions and those published by the battery
manufacturer and manufacturer of any equipment you intend to use in the vicinity of the battery.
Review warning marks on all these products and on the engine.

  • Page 2 Do not operate near flammables such as petrol, paraffin, or thinners etc. f. If the power pack receives a sharp blow or is otherwise damaged in any way, do not disassemble the power pack. Have it checked by a qualified service person. Return to source.
  • Page 3 RECHARGING PROCEDURES Check the power level of the power pack with the test switch. Pointer needle will indicate charge state of power pack. THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO RECHARGE THE POWER PACK: 1. With the plug-in mains charger, plug in the outlet and let charge up to 16 hours if completely discharged.
  • Page 4 SOLUTION: Possible defective battery or faulty breaker. Try using a device (such as a light) with a lighter plug on it to see if it works. Should it work, power pack breaker is OK and the battery is the problem.
