English NAME REC Record a name to be read aloud. Please see Phonebook, p. 9 instructions. PENDANT (cordless alarm key) The cordless alarm pendant can be used to answer an incoming call or to make an alarm call. The phone comes equipped with 2 cordless pendants which are already paired.

English RING VOL Select the required ringer volume, then confirm with 0. BOOST LOCK The powerful amplification (boost) is by default set to switch OFF after every call, this can be changed so the amplification stays switched ON. CAUTION BOOST LOCK = ON should only be activated if all users have impaired hearing and require powerful amplification.

English Press and hold 0 to record a new alarm message (max. 30 seconds). Start recording at the tone, and release 0 when finished. Speak clearly and about 15–20 cm from the keypad. Alternatively, press 0 briefly to play the recorded alarm message. Press 0 to confirm and continue.
