GENTLE RINSE (Feinspülen, Rinçage
Délicat)
Separate gentle rinse, for example to rinse hand-
washed items (3 rinses, liquid additive washed in
from compartment æ, spin).
DRAIN (Pumpen, Vidange)
Draining of the water after a Rinse Hold (without
spinning).
3 Rinse Hold means: the washing is left to
soak in the last rinse water, it is not spun.
SPIN (Schleudern, Essorage)
Draining of the water after Rinse Hold and Spin, or
separate Spin for hand-washed Cottons/Coloureds.
ENERGY SAVING (Energiesparen, Eco)
Energy and water saving wash at approx. 60 °C for
lightly to normally soiled Cottons/Coloureds (cot-
tons/linen) with extended wash time (cannot be com-
bined with QUICK WASH).

Additional Programme Buttons

The additional programme buttons are used to
adjust the wash programme to the degree of soiling
of the washing. For normally soiled washing, the
additional functions are not necessary
Various functions can be combined together,
depending on the programme.
PRE-WASH (Vorwäsche, Prélavage)
Warm pre-wash before automatically following main
wash with intermediate spin for COTTONS/COL-
OUREDS (Koch-/Buntwäsche, Couleurs) and EASY-
CARES (Pflegeleicht, Textiles Mélanges), without
intermediate spin for DELICATES (Feinwäsche, Déli-
cat).
STAIN (Flecken, Tâches) âches)
For heavily soiled or stained washing. In-wash stain
treatment products are washed in at the optimum
time as the programme progresses. Can only be
selected with wash temperatures of 40 °C and
above, as stain treatments are only effective at
higher temperatures.
QUICK WASH (Kurz, Court)
Shortened wash programme for lightly soiled wash-
ing.
With the WOOL/SILK(Wolle/Seide, Laine/

Soie) P (Handwash) setting, the additional
programme buttons cannot be used. (Any
buttons that are pressed have no effect.)
